Modern Natives, a term coined by many of the businessmen around the island, are individuals who have ancestors in the Ancient Natives, as well as ancestors from the mainland, creating somewhat of a hybrid. Unlike the AN's which are only fire types, the MN's are commonly a variety of types (and, in fact, many of them are water-types).
Physical characteristics that tend to define these peoples are, most prominently, the small eyebrows. In addition, they usually have very noticable physical traits of their Pokemon, most often in the form of appendages.
These people have been on the island for only a few generations, and usually only keep to the port. A large amount of them are fishermen that work for larger companies on the mainland, whereas others support the local businesses, delivering the catch for restaurants in the early mornings, ready to be prepped.
